Each Day of RNR takes place over a single focused day of 7 hours. All preparation is done beforehand so the day itself is fully dedicated to design, refinement, and execution.
No. We usually begin with a short alignment session (or Loom walkthrough), then I work in focused flow. You’re only brought in for key decisions or feedback points so the process stays efficient and intentional.
You’ll receive a simple pre-work questionnaire. This helps clarify your goals, direction, and any existing materials so I can prepare before your VIP Day begins.
Each VIP Day is designed around one core focus (Brand Identity, Website Refresh, or Email Funnel). This ensures depth, clarity, and completion in a single day.
If you need multiple areas, we can plan additional days.
Each VIP Day includes light refinement at the end of the session. If you need additional changes after delivery, these can be booked separately.
I typically work with modern, user-friendly platforms such Squarespace or Shopify, and for email funnerls Flodesk, Squarespace campaigns, Klaviyo, Convertkit or Omnisend.
This is best suited for founders who already have an existing brand, offer, or presence and are ready to refine and elevate. If you’re still in the early idea stage, a different foundational service may be more appropriate.
VIP days are limited each month and usually book 2-4 weeks in advance depending on availability.
Instead of stretching work over weeks or months, everything is condensed into a focused, intentional day. You get clarity, momentum, and tangible output without prolonged timelines or decision fatigue.
I’m based in Vancouver (PST/PDT), but VIP Days are flexible and can be scheduled across time zones. Once booked, we align on a time that works smoothly for both of us so the day feels contained, focused, and easy to move through.
