Vedic Mantras To Start Your Morning With

Each morning life blesses you with a new day. The sun kisses us with his vitality and energy.

When I’m in creation mode (which is dependent on so many things, the moon cycle, my menstrual cycle, my seasonal cycle) I wake up in the early hours and use different practices and rituals to commune in and call in the inspiration of the day.

One form of practicing Nada Yoga and Tantric Yoga is listening to or chanting Vedic mantras to invoke different energies and aspects of nature. Listening or reciting certain mantras activate a particular kind of energy in a different part of the body. These mantras, sacred sounds hold resonance with our consciousness.

“Mantra means a sound, a certain utterance or a syllable. Today, modern science sees the whole existence as reverberations of energy, different levels of vibrations. Where there is a vibration, there is bound to be a sound. So, that means, the whole existence is a kind of sound, or a complex amalgamation of sounds – the whole existence is an amalgamation of multiple mantras. Of these, a few mantras or a few sounds have been identified, which could be like keys. If you use them in a certain way, they become a key to open up a different dimension of life and experience within you.”

Sadhguru

I invite you to listen to each of these and connect with the one that you find resonance with.
